Pan-Asian restaurant company Pei Wei hired John Hedrick to serve as its CEO.
Hedrick most recently served as chief operating officer of NPC International, a company that operates 1,300 Pizza Hut and Wendy's locations and has annual revenues exceeding $1.2 billion, per a release announcing his hiring. Hedrick's other previous leadership positions with industry-leading companies included key operating and support roles at Pilot Flying J, 7-Eleven Inc. and RaceTrac Petroleum.
