The Carlisle Companies Inc. has acquired San Jamar Inc., a provider of universal dispensing systems and food safety products for foodservice industry. The business will operate as a separate unit within Carlisle FoodService Products.
Based in Elkhorn, Wis., San Jamar has annual sales of approximately $87 million and 120 employees, per a release announcing the deal.
