Regional chain names new executive vice president

Glory Days Grill, a sports-themed family restaurant chain, promoted Gary Cohen to executive vice president from vice president of operations.

A 37-year veteran of the restaurant industry, Cohen’s background includes positions with Marriott Dinner House, Vie de France Bakery Cafes and That’s Amore Restaurants. He joined Glory Days Grill in 2006 as director of development and was promoted to vice president of operations in 2007.

Systemwide, Glory Days Grill operates 26 corporate and franchised restaurants located in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Florida.
