Foodservice equipment manufacturer Advanced Gourmet has formed a new company: AE Holdings. Operating under the AE Brands umbrella is Advanced Gourmet and a newly formed company called Advanced Kitchen Tools.
Advanced Gourmet will continue to operate from its existing location in Greensboro, N.C. and it will market and distribute Cattabriga and CIAM lines. Advanced Kitchen Tools becomes responsible for the marketing and distribution of PacoJet, HotmixPro and Techfrost lines. Advanced Kitchen Tools will have an office in Greensboro, N.C.
Jim Hall, Jim Marmion and Wally Becker, owners of Advanced Gourmet, will also provide management and oversight for Advanced Kitchen Tools. Each company will retain its own staff.
