The Arlon Group has acquired Cici’s in partnership with the pizza chain’s management team. As part of the deal, Cicis’ senior management team, led by CEO Darin Harris, will continue to guide the business.
Based in Coppell, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, Cici’s is known for its Unlimited Pizza Buffet. Founded in 1985, the company has more than 440 restaurants in 33 states. Cici’s recently implemented a brand revitalization program.
