Firebird Restaurant Group Personnel Changes

 

Firebird Restaurant Group named Tim Schroder to vice president of operations services. He was formerly director of operations services.

The restaurant operator also added a new director of development, Tom Morrows. His restaurant background includes experience at Corner Bakery Cafe, Le Duff America and Dave & Buster’s.

Additional personnel changes include Anne Alexander, who was promoted to vice president of accounting & controller; and Blythe Grates, who was hired as director of marketing.
