Franke Earns Energy Star Recognition

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency presented a 2016 Energy Star Emerging Technology Award to Franke Foodservice Systems.

Franke earned the recognition for VariVent, the manufacturer's variable speed kitchen ventilation control system. The EPA recognized this product due to its potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, per a Franke release announcing the award.

The EPA presents its Energy Star Emerging Technology Award annually to products that meet performance criteria in select categories.
