Former McAlister’s Deli executive joins the full-service restaurant company.

Bill Richardson is the new chief operating officer for Hurricane Grill & Wings, a beach-themed full-service restaurant company. A 30-plus year veteran of the restaurant industry, Richardson will oversee daily operations of all Hurricane Grill & Wings locations.

Prior to joining Hurricane Grill & Wings, Richardson served as vice president of company operations at McAlister’s Deli and vice president of operations for TGI Friday’s Northeastern region. His background also includes leadership roles with such restaurant chains as Abuelo’s Mexican Food Embassy and Romano’s Macaroni Grill.
