Former Sonic executive Vaughn to assume leadership position for fast-casual Mexican chain.
Café Rio Mexican Grill, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant concept, has tapped Steven Vaughn to serve as its president and chief financial officer. Vaughn will join Café Rio, effective July 1, 2015.
Vaughn previously served as executive vice president of franchise operations, finance and planning for Sonic Corp.
Cafe Rio owns and operates 80 restaurants in 11 states.
