Multi-concept operator FOCUS Brands named Bruce Schroder president of Moe's Southwest Grill, a fast-casual restaurant chain.

Since taking on the new role of group president, with responsibility for FOCUS Brands Restaurant Brands, Paul Damico has been leading the 15-year-old Moe's while searching for someone to serve as its leader.

Schroder joins Moe's from Regus, where he most recently served as president, Express North America. Prior to that he served as chief operating officer and president of stores for Jamba Juice.
