Former Middleby sales pro joins the ice machine manufacturer.

Scotsman Ice Systems named Vince Dattolo as its new southeastern regional sales manager. Dattolo is responsible for managing sales through distribution, key chain and direct accounts in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas and he will work out of Charlotte, N.C.

A foodservice industry veteran, Dattolo has spent nearly 30 years working in sales, marketing, product management and engineering capacities at such companies as Fast Control Solutions, Standex International and, most recently, The Middleby Corporation.
