Cote and Carter take on new roles.
Salsarita's Franchising promoted Mark Cote to chief operating officer from vice president of operations. The company also promoted Tim Carter to vice president of administration from franchising director.
As vice president of operations, Cote managed research and development, construction, training, catering and franchisee business consulting departments. He will continue his previous responsibilities as well as lead restaurant operations, which entails oversight of all company and franchise operations.
Carter is now responsible for company and franchise administration, overseeing Salsarita's legal, insurance, human resources, and technology functions, along with corporate real estate development.
