Blass takes on new role. 

Jonny Blass is the new corporate executive chef for C.R. Peterson and Associates, a Massachusetts-based independent manufacturers’ rep firm.

In his new role Blass will focus on specialized cooking systems, working with foodservice equipment dealers and end-users to grow sales. Utilizing the CR Peterson Culinary Lab, located just outside of Boston, he will also develop the company’s training program.

Blass’ background includes experience as an executive chef and regional sales manager with a foodservice equipment manufacturer and as an executive chef and general manager in both corporate hotels and independent restaurants.
