Thirty-year foodservice veteran Prusack comes to MEIKO from US Foods. 

Susan Prusack MEIKO USA Inc. named Susan Prusack the company's segment specialist for the northeast market. In her new role, Prusack will work with operators, consultants, facilities managers and others from design to delivery.

Prusack was most recently the equipment and supply specialist for US Foods-Southern New England. Prior to US Foods, Prusack was a Retherm Specialist and a Manufacturer's Representative at Carlisle/Dinex and Dave Swain Associates, respectively.
