Alto-Shaam announced the appointment of a new regional manager – south central and a new corporate chef.
Alto-Shaam announced a pair of new hires. Jesus Iglesias was named regional sales manager – south central and Ryan Norman has joined the culinary team as a corporate chef.
Iglesias was with Tor Rey USA for 14 years, most recently as director of operations for the United States and Canada.
Norman has more than 14 years of training and experience in foodservice, most recently as executive chef at The Copper Kettle in Dubuque, Iowa.
