El Pollo Loco Names Pair of Vice Presidents

Jeff Little and Richard Pineda take on new roles.
El Pollo Loco named Richard Pineda vice president of supply chain management and Jeff Little vice president of development.
Most recently, Pineda served as vice president of purchasing and supply chain for Sizzler USA. Before that he held a similar positions at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants and Kahala Corp.
Jeff Little previously worked at Yum! Brands, most recently in the position of national director, Taco Bell development.
