Cheesecake Factory Updates Management Team

Company veterans take on new tasks. 

David Gordon is the new president of The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (NASDAQ:CAKE). Spero Alex is the senior vice president of operations for The Cheesecake Factory restaurants. Gordon replaces Michael Jannini, who left the company.

A 20-year company veteran, Gordon most recently served as chief operating officer of The Cheesecake Factory and Grand Lux Cafe restaurants. His previous positions with the company include serving as regional vice president, West Coast; area director of operations; and general manager. Gordon joined the company in 1993 as a manager.

A 24-year veteran of The Cheesecake Factory Inc., Alex most recently served as regional vice president, East Coast. Previously, he was area director of operations and general manager. Alex joined the company in 1989 as a manager.
