Sage Restaurant Group Pours Esposito into Key Beverage Position

Sage Restaurant Group (SRG), a Denver-based multi-concept operator, promoted Louis Esposito to corporate director of beverage.

Esposito joined Sage in 2008 as food and beverage manager at Nines, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in Portland, Ore., where he helped open both successful on-site SRG restaurant properties: Urban Farmer Steakhouse and Departure Restaurant and Lounge.

In his new role, Esposito is responsible for managing the corporate beverage purchasing programs, including short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the beverage program within SRG's nine restaurant properties.
