T&S Brass Acquires EnviroPure

South Carolina-based manufacturer adds to its product line with waste management solution.
T&S Brass and Bronze Works has acquired EnviroPure Systems, Inc., a Chicago-based developer of organic food waste technologies. EnviroPure's two systems — one wet, one dry — provide onsite food waste decomposition.
T&S Brass has retained Jim Slanina, EnviroPure's president, to lead the company's new operation. EnviroPure's headquarters will be adjacent to the T&S Brass manufacturing plant on the company's 140,000-acre campus in Travelers Rest, S.C.
