Akam Named COO for Dick's Wings and Grill

Restaurant industry veteran has experience working with Hooters, Raving Brands and other chains.

Hooters veteran Rick Akam is the new chief operating officer for Dick's Wings and Grill. Akam will direct operational improvements, growth strategies and provide seasoned expertise in brand development strategies.

He most recently served as the chief operating officer for Twin Peaks Restaurants. Akam has also served as president of Hooters of America and chief operating officer for Raving Brands and First Watch restaurants.
