Ali Group Updates Scotsman's Management

As it integrates the newly acquired Scotsman Industries into its corporate structure, the Ali Group announced several updates to the ice machine manufacturer's management team.

While Scotsman will remain a U.S.-based company reporting to the Ali Group North America, several changes will happen to the ice machine manufacturer's management team. Specifically, responsibilities held by Dave McCulloch and Dave Wrench, as CEO and CFO respectively of Scotsman Industries, will be absorbed by Filippo Berti and Christa Miller, CEO and CFO of Ali Group North America, at the end of the planned transition period on February 15, 2013.
