Evans Joins Capriotti's Sandwich Shop Team

Former CiCi's and Wingstop sales executive to lead Capriotti's franchise initiatives.

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop named restaurant industry veteran Bruce Evans its vice president of franchise sales. Evans, who joins Capriotti's from CiCi Enterprises, is responsible for advancing Capriotti's current national expansion and development agreements.

Evans' background also includes working with Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., where he served as director, senior director and ultimately vice president of franchise development.
