Pizzeria promotes from within.

CiCi's Pizza named Tom McCord vice president of franchise development and promoted Geoff Goodman to vice president of national brand excellence.

Goodman previously served as director of brand excellence. Former CiCi's franchisee Quinn Newhall takes over Goodman's position as director of brand excellence.

McCord, a seasoned franchising and real estate executive, brings nearly 10 years' experience with industry brands such as Carlson Restaurants and Yum! Brands.
