Quiznos Taps Pair of Restaurant Industry Vets to Fill Management Posts

Lyons COO; Coletta CFO.

Quiznos, a quick‐service restaurant chain, named James Lyons its chief operating officer. In addition, Quiznos named John Coletta its chief financial officer.

Lyons most recently served as chief operating officer, franchise, and chief development officer for Del Taco. Prior to that, he was COO at Popeyes.

Coletta comes to Quiznos from Cartridge World, where he served as global CFO and then president. Previously, Coletta served as CFO and executive vice president of Rock Bottom Restaurants.
