Mark Phillips promoted to key leadership role.

Taco Cabana promoted Mark Phillips to vice president of operations. The chain also promoted Gerardo Arce to vice president of finance.

A veteran of the restaurant industry, Phillips joined Taco Cabana in 1995 as a regional vice president. His previous experience includes serving as director of operations services for AFC Enterprises.
