Takes over as interim COO.

Pollo Tropical promoted Danny Meisenheimer to interim chief operating officer, succeeding Jim Tunnessen following his retirement from the company as COO in January 2013.

A 20-plus year veteran of the restaurant industry, Meisenheimer joined Pollo Tropical in 2012 as its chief brand officer.
