Remembering Robin Crispin

Robin Crispin, a longtime member of the foodservice equipment and supplies dealership community, passed away August 6, 2012. He was 79 years old.

Crispin was the former owner and president of the General Hotel Supply Company in Columbus, Ohio, which has since ceased operations. Described by many as a foodservice industry lifer, Crispin had most recently worked with Best Restaurant Equipment, a Columbus, Ohio-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealership.

He is survived by his wife Nancy; children Mark Crispin, Mindy Dutko and Robin Griffin; and six grandchildren.
