Description: The technical program consists of lecture/discussions on food-borne pathogens, toxins, safety, quality and shelf-life issues by speakers from academia, industry and regulatory agencies. Presentations will also be given by representatives of companies involved in developing and marketing rapid and automated methods for microbiological analysis of food, water, and the environment.
