Bob Margait promoted from director of operations.
The Melting Pot Restaurants, a fondue chain with more than 135 locations in North America, promoted Bob Margait to vice president of operations. In his new role, Margait oversees overall restaurant operations, service, menu, restaurant environment, cleanliness standards, service style, service systems, food safety and internal marketing initiatives.
Margait joined The Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc., in 2003 as a franchise business consultant. He was promoted to director of restaurant operations in 2009. Margait began his career in the restaurant industry as a manager with Chart House Restaurants. He also held management positions with Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery and Ale House Restaurants.
