Ruby Tuesday Announced Series of Management Changes

Efforts to reposition the casual-dining brand are underway.


Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE:RT) announced the addition of Jeffrey Wood senior vice president and chief development officer as well as several other management changes, including a new vice president of culinary and beverage – executive chef.

Wood comes to Ruby Tuesday with more than 27 years of industry experience, most recently as chief development officer for Qdoba Restaurant Corp. Prior to that, Wood worked in various senior real estate development roles for Dave & Buster's, Brinker International and TGI Friday's.

Jill Golder and Mark Bibby also recently joined Ruby Tuesday. Golder was named senior vice president finance. Her responsibilities will include financial planning for both Ruby Tuesday and Lime Fresh, in addition to sales forecasting and market investment optimization. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Golder has served as CFO of Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants and senior finance roles for Darden Restaurants.

Bibby joined the company as vice president of culinary and beverage – executive chef. He has more than 35 years experience in the restaurant industry, most recently as the VP of culinary operations for Smokey Bones Restaurants.
