Mimi's Café named Stuart Gee regional director of operations for the central United States and promoted Daniel Boyd to senior director of operations services and training.
Prior to joining Mimi's, Gee served as vice president of central operations for T.G.I. Fridays.
Boyd was promoted from his position as director of operations for Mimi's. Prior to joining Mimi's Boyd was vice president of operations and development with Shoot the Moon, a franchisee group for Chili's Romano's Macaroni Grill, On the Border, Sonic and Tony Roma's.
