Former Yum! Brands' executive will drive the coffee chain's overall day-to-day operating activities.

Leigh Anne Snider is the new senior vice president of retail operations for Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:CBOU).

She oversees Caribou's domestic day-to-day operating activities, including building consistent procedures to deliver outstanding guest experiences, driving revenue and effectively managing financials.

Snider joins Caribou from YUM! Brands, where she worked with such concepts as Long John Silver's and A&W Restaurants. After joining the company in 1995, Snider held numerous operational roles, including vice president of Global Restaurant Excellence charged with managing all domestic operations across YUM!'s family of brands.
