FWE Clymate IQ Heated Holding Cabinet Baker Model

The maker has added a Baker model to its Clymate IQ line of heated holding cabinets to meet the production requirements of bakeries, sandwich shops and pizzerias. Each shelf in the over-sized model holds 2 18" x 26" sheet pans or 3 strap pans with 4 loaf pans per shelf. The unit can also hold bain maries. In addition to its proofing capabilities, the unit reaches set heat and humidity levels in 30 minutes.
