CaterSeal gaskets secure the steam table pan lid to its pan and create a tight bond with plastic wrap. This helps prevent spills from loose lids or plastic wrap and allows for a tight seal with minimal use of plastic wrap. Gaskets are available in two sizes for full- and half-size kitchen pans.
