Accurex Digital Temperature Interlock

The digital temperature interlock automatically starts kitchen hood exhaust fans and keeps them running while cooking equipment generates heat. Acting as a back-up to a manual control, the interlock will override the switch and start the fans once it detects heat, ensuring safety in the event an operator fails to manually turn on the fans. The digital temperature interlock enables quick and accurate temperature adjustment via a digital controller with an LED display.
