SIL-MAT, part of the Chef Revival Chef Tools line, is a NSF-listed dual-sided silicone mat. It helps reduce waste by eliminating the need for parchment or wax paper. The mat withstands temperature extremes from -40 to 500 degrees F. Half- and full-sheet pan sizes are available.
