The Immersion Circulator is available as a complete cooking unit, including the Immersion Circulator head and a water bath with drain, valve and cover; or as a clamp-on Immersion Circulator head, which can be used with any suitable water vessel. The 120V units feature two pump speeds, three programmable settings and an LED readout of the water bath temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
