Convotherm OES 6.10 mini combi ovens steam, roast, stew, bake or fry menu items. Advanced Closed Systems (ACS) regulate moisture. The controls display individual pictures of menu items for simple operation. Operators can program the oven to handle 250 recipes with 20 steps each.
