Select a refrigerated service display and add an adjustable preparation/condiment rail inside the refrigerated display area. Fresh food can be positioned at the front of the display and condiments or other finishing ingredients can be stored in the pans along the rear of the display. After the customer makes a food selection, the operator can then add items from the refrigerated pans and offer the final product to the customer--all within eye’s view of the customer—FRESH.
