Unified Brands Acquires A La Cart Inc.

PRESS RELEASE: Unified Brands announced it has acquired A la Cart Inc., a privately held company based in Charlotte, NC, that specializes in the manufacturing of advanced foodservice patient meal-delivery systems for the healthcare industry.

According to Bill Strenglis, President of Unified Brands, “A la Cart is the premier brand and
leader in advanced food meal delivery systems for the healthcare market segment. As the newest brand in our family of brands, A la Cart meets our strategic initiative of gaining market share in growing market segments."
