OSI Restaurant Partners LLC names Elizabeth Smith new CEO
Former Avon executive to lead parent company of Outback Steakhouse

OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC, a casual dining company with multiple concepts, named Elizabeth Smith its CEO effective Nov. 16. Smith will succeed Bill Allen, who will retire as the company's CEO effective Nov. 15 and serve as chairman of OSI’s Board of Directors.
Smith joins OSI Restaurant Partners following five years with Avon Products Inc., where she served most recently as president. Prior to joining Avon, Smith worked for 14 years at Kraft Foods Inc. rising to the position of group vice president and president of the U.S. Beverages and Grocery sectors.
OSI’s portfolio of foodservice concepts includes Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and Roy's restaurants.
