Lincoln Impinger 3255 conveyor oven suitable for quick production of baked sandwiches, appetizers, pizzas and other items using FastBake™ air-impingement and continuous-conveyor technologies, which reduces baking time and increases capacity by up to 30 percent. Can bake up to 200 pizzas per hour. Quest EMS™ electronic control system optimizes the gas/air mixture to lower gas usage without compromising heat. 

Manitowoc Multiplex beverage system uses carbon dioxide instead of HFC-based (hydrofluorocarbon) refrigerants to reduce the negative impact on the environment and eliminate the need for special handing and capture of ozone-depleting refrigerants. The first units featuring the new technology are slated for use during the Olympic games in Beijing, China.

Master-Bilt BHC Series self-contained bottom-mounted ice cream hardening and holding cabinets feature a system that automatically raises the lower shelf, making heavy ice cream containers easier to access. Single-door model is available in both 115V and 230V versions, while the two-door model is available in 230V. Stores up to 48 three-gallon cans and is constructed of 24-gauge white painted galvanized steel on the interior and exterior. Also features four adjustable, heavy-duty epoxy-coated pilaster-supported wire shelves per door and two-inch-thick polyurethane insulated walls.

Montague Vectaire convection ovens feature “muffled” heating systems with the ability to prevent flue gasses from entering the cooling chamber for an undisturbed baking environment. Single or double-stack designs and variable oven depths allow for customization in any kitchen. Features reduced energy output, shorter preheat times and low-maintenance oven doors.

Traulsen Full-size undercounter refrigerators and freezers with the Intela-Traul® microprocessor maintain interior temperatures from 0°F. to -5°F. in the freezer and 34°F. to 38°F. in the refrigerator. Equipped with NAFEM Data Protocol capabilities for monitoring and recording temperatures and other data through a central server or PC network. Three-digit LED display provides various options for audio and visual alarms, including Hi/Lo cabinet temperatures, clean condenser, evaporator coil and discharge line sensor failures. Stainless-steel interior and exterior, with a one-piece louver assembly front. Storage capacity ranges from 8.6-cubic-feet to 28.9-cubic-feet and accommodates sheet pan trays ranging from 18” x 26” to 14” x 14”.
