Cheesecake Adjusts Management Lineup

The Cheesecake Factory announced a number of organizational changes within its Restaurant Operations. Effective immediately, David Gordon, a 15-year veteran of The Cheesecake Factory, has been named to the role of senior vice president, operations, and will lead the chain’s day-to-day operations.

Gordon most recently served as the chain’s regional vice president, West Coast operations, having climbed through The Cheesecake Factory’s managerial ranks.

The Cheesecake Factory also announced the following transitions in its management team:

• Russell Greene to senior vice president, operations services, from senior vice president, beverage and bakery
• Jack Belk to senior regional vice president from regional vice president
• Donald Moore to senior vice president, kitchen operations, from vice president, kitchen operations
