Cosi Names Bower Chief Development Officer

Cosi Inc., named Paul Bower chief development officer, effective immediately. In his new role, Bower will have responsibility for Cosi’s real estate and business development strategy with direct oversight for franchise sales, restaurant development, construction and facilities.

A 20-year veteran of the restaurant industry, Bower has served as vice president of development for Redbox, a national DVD rental company, and a joint venture of McDonald’s Corp. Prior to that, he worked for 20 years in various positions with McDonald’s restaurant development team, primarily focusing on real estate management and expansion.
