Master-Bilt Announces New Hires

Master-Bilt announced two new hires to its team. They are Dea Brown, national accounts manager, and Dele Beaty, director of quality.

Brown has more than 10 years of experience in the foodservice industry, specifically in expanding and maintaining business. Her new responsibilities include being a resource for Master-Bilt customers, particularly regarding walk-in coolers and freezers. 

Beaty’s primary responsibility is to maintain the quality culture within the company, which provides technical and warranty services, and to ensure quality standards for Master-Bilt products. He has 28 years of experience in providing quality in a variety of industries, from automotive to industrial applications, with 15 years of experience specifically in the HVAC and refrigeration industry.
