Wendy’s Names Farrar Chief North America Operations

Wendy’s International Inc. named Steve Farrar chief of North America operations, a newly created position. Farrar is responsible for improving restaurant operations at both company and franchise restaurants in all three U.S. regions and Canada.

Farrar was senior vice president of Wendy’s western region from 1992 to 2006. During his tenure, Farrar helped establish Wendy’s Service Excellence program and pioneer Wendy’s Super Value Menu. He previously served as president of Restaurant Profitability Analysts, a consulting firm for full-service restaurants.
