By Amelia Levin, Senior Associate Editor -- Foodservice Equipment & Supplies, 4/2/2008 9:48:00 AM

Famous Dave’s named Wilson Craft as its new president and chief executive officer. A 25-year veteran of the casual-dining industry, Craft most recently served as executive vice president of operations for Longhorn Steakhouse, a 300-unit chain based in Atlanta and acquired by Darden Restaurants last summer.

Prior to joining Longhorn in 2005, Craft served as president of Chili’s Grill and Bar of Dallas since 2003. He also served as president of Big Bowl from 2000 to 20003, and prior to that, chief operations officer at Chili’s.
