Bojangles’ Restaurants Names Jordan as Senior Vice President & CFO

PRESS RELEASE: Charlotte, N.C. (July 6, 2009) – Bojangles’ Restaurants Inc. has named John Jordan as Senior Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer.
Jordan, who joined Bojangles’ in 2006 as Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for financial reporting and strategic planning for Bojangles’. Jordan, a graduate of Wake Forest University, was a vice president with The Parrell-Martin Companies, LLC a subsidiary of Wolseley PLC prior to joining the company.
