Vivian Joins Federico as Co-CEO of P.F. Chang’s

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer Rick Federico named Robert Vivian co-CEO to share responsibilities with him. Federico will continue overseeing operations for the company’s two restaurant brands, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Pei Wei Asian Diner, while Vivian will assume responsibility for the remaining support teams including finance, legal, development, supply chain management, and management information systems.

Vivian, who has served as president of P.F. Chang’s since December 2000, will also assume a position on the company’s board of directors. He previously served as P.F. Chang’s chief financial officer since joining the company in 1996.
