A sell-out crowd of more than 275 people came together to celebrate the best and brightest the foodservice community has to offer during FE&S' Dealer of the Year & Industry Awards Gala. Headlining the evening was Hockenbergs Foodservice Equipment & Supplies of Omaha, Neb., which received the magazine's prestigious Dealer of the Year Award. FE&S presented Ace Mart's Norman "Gus" Gustafson with its Hall of Fame Award. In addition, Patrick Bailey of F.G. Schaefer Co. Inc. in Cincinnati took home DSR of the Year honors.
